Every 15 minutes:
1. Fetch recent error logs from your logging service
2. Deduplicate: group similar errors together
3. For new error types (not seen in last 24h):
   a. Analyze the stack trace
   b. Estimate severity (crash, degraded, cosmetic)
   c. Send alert with: error message, frequency, affected endpoint
4. Suppress known/expected errors (maintain an ignore list)
5. Hourly: error rate trend (up, down, stable)
6. Daily: error summary with top 5 by frequency
