Every 5 minutes:
1. Check each URL in the watchlist:
   - Expected status: 200
   - Timeout: 10 seconds
2. If any check fails:
   a. Retry once after 30 seconds
   b. If still failing, send alert: URL, status code, response time
   c. Keep checking every minute until recovered
3. On recovery, send "Back up" notification with downtime duration
4. Daily at 9am: uptime report (% uptime per site, incidents)
