Every day at 7am:
1. For each domain in your watchlist, check SSL certificate:
   - Connect and read certificate expiry date
   - Calculate days remaining
2. Alert thresholds:
   - 30 days: "SSL expiring soon: {domain} expires in 30 days"
   - 14 days: "SSL expiring: {domain} expires in 14 days — renew now"
   - 7 days: "URGENT: {domain} SSL expires in 7 days"
   - 0-3 days: page immediately, repeat every 4 hours
3. Weekly report: all domains with expiry dates, sorted by urgency
4. On renewal detected, send "SSL renewed: {domain} now valid until {date}"
