Every weekday at 9am:
1. Check content calendar (Google Sheet) for today's scheduled posts
2. For each scheduled post:
   a. Read the topic/angle column
   b. Draft the post for the target platform (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
   c. Keep platform conventions: character limits, hashtag style, tone
3. Send drafts for review with: platform, draft text, scheduled time
4. Wait for approval or edits before marking as "Ready" in the sheet
