1. Search for brand mentions: web_search "[your brand]" + "[your product]"
2. Check Twitter/X, Reddit, Hacker News for new mentions
3. Categorize: positive, negative, neutral, question
4. Questions and negative mentions: notify immediately
5. Everything else: batch into a daily digest at 5pm
