HEARTBEAT.md
Every Monday at 10am:
1. For each tracked keyword (from Google Sheet "SEO Keywords"):
   a. Search and note where your pages appear
   b. Record position (or "not found")
2. Compare with last week's positions
3. Update the tracking sheet with new positions and deltas
4. Summary: keywords up, keywords down, new opportunities
5. If a key page drops more than 5 positions, notify immediately
